Fees and Payment |
Admissions
Animals are admitted for hospitalization between 8:00 and 8:30 A.M. on Monday,
Wednesday, and Friday. Surgery and hospital patients should have no food or water after
10:00 P.M. the night before. Pets must be current on vaccinations. Releasing
You will be instructed at the time of admission when your pet will be released.

Doctor's hours are by appointment only.

On nights and weekends please call 413-665-3626 for assistance. |
| Payment by Visa, MasterCard, cash, or check will be expected
at the time of discharge. In emergency cases, a deposit for part of the estimated bill
will be requested upon admission. |
Restraint |
| Because we are located at a busy intersection and many people
are at our office at one time, please keep all dogs on a leash and all cats on a leash or
in a carrier. Leashes and inexpensive cardboard carriers are available at the desk upon
request. |
